The Austrian Clearing-House Mechanism

In accordance with Article 18 (3) of the Convention on Biological Diversity a clearing-house mechanism was established to promote and facilitate technical and scientific co-operation at all levels among Parties to the Convention. As well, it facilitates access to and the exchange of information on biodiversity around the world.
